Who is this disordered eating and body image coaching for?
This recovery coaching is for anyone who wants to address their relationship with food, body image, and self-esteem. It can be helpful if you are feeling dissatisfied with your body, constantly dieting, or trying to control what you eat. It can also be useful if you are struggling with an eating disorder or disordered eating. This coaching is not just for individuals; it can be beneficial for parents, family members, and even healthcare professionals who want to learn more about disordered eating and body image. It can also be helpful for anyone who wants to better understand how the culture around them influences their attitudes toward food, body image, and health.
Who are Boundaries, Assertiveness, and Conflict Executive Coaching for?
It is for anyone, part of disordered eating and body image concerns is that we don’t always have firm boundaries that allow us to be kind, caring, and compassionate toward ourselves. If you need to learn to communicate in relationships, set boundaries internally or externally, or struggle with conflict in any capacity. Guess what? I can help you!
Who is Coaching for Athletic Identity for?
Coaching for Athletic Identity is typically for athletes who are experiencing challenges related to their identity as an athlete, such as adjusting to life after sports, transitioning to a new sport, or struggling with the pressure to perform. It may also be helpful for coaches or parents of athletes who want to better understand and support their athletes' experiences with athletic identity.
What if I am Not a WOC and Want to Work with You?
I am truly open to working with anyone, you don’t have to be a person of color to work with me. I have plenty of experience working with many different experiences. The reason why my coaching and courses exist is to fill a gap, a known gap in resources and information not being available for Black and BIPOC women to understand and heal from what is afflicting them. You are not alone regardless of who you are and I am happy to work with you, and I am here to be a system of support for POC and BIPOC women who haven’t had the access they have needed for much of their life.
Mental Health and Life coaching is right for you if...
Coaching is suitable for anyone who wishes to address their relationship with food, body image, and self-esteem if they are feeling dissatisfied or out of control due to constant dieting, restricting, compensating, and attempting to control their weight. It can provide an alternative approach to managing these issues.
If you have completed comprehensive support with a dietician, OP or IOP, or therapist and are looking for support with not relapsing and helping you maintain your progress
If you have a specified DSM eating disorder, or you have been experiencing disordered eating habits, and you are feeling out of control, step-by-step guidance, empowerment, empathy, and support can help.
You have problems with binge eating, emotional eating, and food addiction symptoms. You have maybe tried the common approaches to “fix” them but always feel the symptoms get worse.
If you are looking to support black women's health for yourself or others
Especially if you have been experiencing trouble understanding and accepting problems with body image and just feeling stuck in self-sabotage. You want to feel free from constantly focusing on your weight or seeing your self-worth in your appearance and want to heal the relationship with yourself.

Mental Health Coaching Program Options
I offer 4-week, 8-week, & 12-week coaching packages for individuals wanting support with disordered eating, body image, high achieving, setting boundaries, and more. Within the packages, I offer nutrition support ( not a dietician), help with restoring relationships with movement, education and coping skills for body image and disordered eating, and skills on setting boundaries and communicating. Plus, each package is individualized to a person's needs.
If you are seeking clarity, coping skills, and a plan forward as a professional, athlete, or individual struggling in relationships I can help by providing personalized coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals. Together, we will work to identify areas of growth and create actionable steps to help you achieve success and fulfillment in all areas of your life. Whether you are dealing with challenges related to athletic identity, relationships, or personal growth, I am here to support you every step of the way.
What Sessions can include:
Boundary Setting Coaching
Understanding and integrating your values
Exploring and working on motivation, patience and hope and your Why's for recovery
Learning and practicing ways of challenging eating disorder thoughts
Helping you to set goals and supporting and guiding you in achieving your goals
Supporting your treatment with a therapist or dietician
Challenging eating disorder behaviors in a planned, supported way
Helping you with food, snacks, and other eating concerns when you feel you are ready to take this on.
Supporting you with grocery shopping, meal preparation, clothing shopping, and other practical aspects of recovery work
Learning and practicing new ways of coping with difficult emotions
Developing and practicing self-compassion

Executive Coaching is not for you if
If you are not interested in making a real and lasting change or if you are just looking to maintain the status quo, then coaching is not for you. Coaching is a process of deepening self-awareness, understanding yourself better, and making changes from the inside out. If you are not prepared to take responsibility for your own life and growth, then coaching is not for you. If any form of therapy or counseling would be more appropriate and beneficial, then I will be happy to refer you in the right direction. Body image and disordered eating executive coaching are also not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
